Food was delivered and was luke warm… could tell it had been in the bag for some time as the bag was full of condensation. It also looked as if it had been swung around the guys head. Sauce was everywhere and leaking out. Despite this, the food was lovely. Maybe look at amount of deliveries that go out at the same time and the efficiency of the drivers. I only stay minutes from the shop, so should’ve arrived hot.

It's lovely food and we used to order regularly but the past few orders there it's been wrong pretty much every time. Nothing big enough to send it back but paying for cajun spice and it being missing and ordered chicken and donner hoggies and it just being chicken.

I ordered 2 items pizza and loaded chips. Pizza was how I wanted it but my loaded chips were as if it was half a portion or someone ate half of them hardly any chicken strips or sauces on them when you spending £25 on a takeaway you expect to get what you ordered. Very disappointed.

Salt and pepper loaded fries are really nice however the spicy chicken loaded fries are awful, the chicken was so dry it just crumbled and it didn’t have any flavour
